Sunshine Superman is a hero on Earth 47, and a member of its Love Syndicate. Sunshine Superman was created by Grant Morrison and Chaz Truog, first appearing in Animal Man #23. However, in the Prime Earth continuity, Sunshine Superman first appeared as part of the New 52 DC Universe in The Multiversity Guidebook #1 by Grant Morrison and Scott Hepburn. Earth 47 is one of the worlds of the Multiverse in the New 52. psychedelic Earth where the immortal teenage President Prez Rickard finances its champions, the Love Syndicate of Dreamworld. All is groovy. The Love Syndicate serves as the champions of Earth 47, featuring the world's greatest heroes. The team is led (and financed) by President Prez Rickard.
