It's a set of low poly game-ready models which are highly customizable. 3ds max biped set. Sources are in 3ds max 2012, fbx and unity 2017.4.22f1 . (Human sources are in max 2012, dog sources some files are in max 2017) PSD set so you could adjust color palette of characters in a few clicks, texture is set in solid colors , resolution 256x256px, Resolution is low as it does not affect the quality due to solid color palette. Unity includes the scene in the youtube video, max and fbx have models and textures only. Models there made with game-dev in mind but can be used in any user cases. Use: 1. select the clothes you need and delete the rest 2. load biped animations or manually animate. 3. ???? 4. profit.
