Good assets, but the author made a bad organization of the files. I had to waste time and download 46 files manually one by one because he didn't put the files into archives. I would've added all FBX files into an archive, the textures into another archive, and the Unreal files into another one (as they are right now). The FBX models are also all ASCII and not usable in Blender unless I went and and converted all of them into binary FBX files. I'd give this product a 2.5/5 rating.
