Army backpack Sidor

A knapsack (military) or, more commonly used, a knapsack (sidor) is a cylindrical bag with a flap at the top. It is closed by tightening the straps. It was introduced in the Soviet army in the 40s. The analogue was the rucksack of the tsarist army during the 1st World War.
