I created this arm in Blender 3D. So I would recommend you to use Blender 3D, but you can also import the arm into other 3D programs and use it.

Overall these are good arms. You have to fuss around with the textures and reexport your desired model format from the .blend files. Haven't played around with the bones yet. The advertised poly count is per arm. Aside from that 4/5 stars.
