OBJ files do not link textures via MTL.
Not a criticism. Just a statement so that if you purchase with intent of incorporating an OBJ version, you should understand.
In all fairness, the other made several attempts to adjust accordingly, but there are shortcomings in the MAX export to OBJ that do not facilitate texturing. So again, this isn't intended as criticism, rather for information. The MAX file appears to work fine, as evidenced by the promotional images
