Esta estructurado en 6 colecciones: cabeza, tórax, columna vertebral, pelvis, miembros superiores y miembros inferiores. Cabeza: Incluye el cráneo, la mandíbula, hueso Hioides y una colección para los dientes, los cuales están separados a su vez en: dientes superiores e inferiores. Tórax: Incluye las costillas 1-5, una agrupación de las costillas 6 -10, y las costillas 11 y 12 tanto derechas como izquierdas, así como también incluye al esternón. Columna vertebral: Incluye todas las vertebras de la columna vertebral y los discos intervertebrales. Pelvis: Incluye el coxis, los huesos coxales derecho e izquierdo, el sacro y la sínfisis del pubis. Miembros superiores: Incluye la clavícula, el húmero, el radio, el cúbito, así como todos los huesos que constituyen la mano. Todos estos separados en una colección para el miembro superior derecho y miembro superior izquierdo respectivamente. Miembros inferiores: Incluye el fémur, la rótula, meniscos, la tibia, el peroné, así como todos los huesos que forman parte del pie. Todos estos separados en una colección para el miembro inferior derecho y miembro inferior izquierdo respectivamente.
