I expected closed surface, but it was opened.
I couldn't figure out about this.
It was not what I wanted.

The model itself was nicely sculpted but even better it was properly dimensioned, set at the origin, and properly aligned with the axes such that even though I had to import it from a non-native format I was able to position it into place with my base character within minutes of download.
