DESCRIPTION

The Aston Martin Ulster is a classic racing car that was produced by Aston Martin in the mid-1930s. It was designed specifically for competition use, and was one of the most successful racing cars of its time. The Ulster was based on the Aston Martin 1.5 Litre, but it was extensively modified to make it lighter, faster, and more agile. The car's design was heavily influenced by the successful racing cars of the era, with an emphasis on aerodynamics and lightweight construction. One of the most notable features of the Ulster was its aerodynamic design. The car had a very low profile and a long, tapered tail, which helped it achieve high speeds on the track. The Ulster also had a streamlined, teardrop-shaped body that reduced drag and improved handling. The car's body was made of lightweight aluminum, which helped to reduce weight and improve performance. The Ulster was powered by a 1.5-liter inline-four engine that produced around 80 horsepower, which was quite impressive for its time. The engine was modified with racing in mind, with upgrades such as a dry sump lubrication system, high-lift camshaft, and a twin-choke carburetor. These upgrades helped to increase the engine's power output and improve its reliability on the track. In terms of performance, the Ulster was one of the fastest cars of its time. It could reach speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, which was very impressive for a car of its size and era. The car's lightweight construction and advanced suspension also made it very nimble and responsive, allowing drivers to push it to the limits on the track. The Ulster was also a successful racing car, with numerous victories and podium finishes in major motorsports events. It won its class at the 1935 Le Mans 24 Hours, and went on to win the RAC Tourist Trophy in 1935, 1936, and 1937. It was also successful in smaller races and hill climbs throughout the UK and Europe.Overall, the Aston Martin Ulster was an exceptional racing car that was ahead of its time. Its lightweight construction, advanced aerodynamics, and impressive performance made it a favorite among drivers and racing enthusiasts alike. Today, it remains a highly sought-after classic car that is revered for its timeless design and racing pedigree.

Very nice and well detailed in Blend. But, I needed it in Unreal, so it cost me a bit of work to take it there (it took me a while to figure I needed to make some cuts in tyre's UV map), but I did it and the result was perfect and beautiful.
