this is a tiling shader whit procedural map. You can open this whit 3dsmax2013 or highest. vray is 3. For saving the material in a library (.mat): 1 - open the .max file and in material slot select the white tile shader. 2 - click on GET MATERIAL button and in MATERIALS BROWSER make a new library called as you want. 3 - Drag white tile material in this library. 4 - Save library where you want.
