4. Building y- No of building in each column
5. Same Rotation- whether building have same rotation
6. Same Scale- whether building have same scale
7. Change Road- change path of road
8. Width- inc or dec width of road
9. Material- material applied on road
10. Subdivision- subdivision of road (more subdivision= better looking but more memory)
