- Sci-Fi Shapes - The Escapist was created by using separate levels of high detailed 3D geometry / 3 levels total
- each level (LOD) is a unique object / levels can be turned off/on - LOD0 / LOD1 and LOD2 and there is also a Base_LOD with the lowest possible poly count
- The Escapist is a Three Dimensional endless labyrinth/maze system
- you can go to any point of the cube from any point
- it can be used for Battle Royale kind video games, Escape concepts, Horror games, FPS shooter and runner games etc. if LOD2 is turned off otherwise it can be a too heavy scene
- Base LOD is good for mobile phones and tablets
- Base LOD , LOD0 and LOD1 can be used for video games on PC and consoles as well as AR/VR projects
- if LOD2 is turned on the model can be used for non-real time projects only such as films, animations etc.
- you can use the Base LOD instead of LOD0 to save resources for better performance / the difference between Base LOD and LOD0 is that Base LOD is the base of this 3D model and LOD0 has 1 level subdivision because the next levels were built on LOD0. They look the same the only difference is the poly and vertex/points count.
- UV mapped / UVs are overlapping
- in game engine it can be used with dynamic lights/shadows only because light map cannot be baked due to the overlapping UVs
- geometry is tris and quads
- no lighting included
- 2 textures included (1 color texture 4096x4096 and 1 normal map 4096x4096) | Tip : by modifying the scale parameters of the texture you can achieve different design looks / also playing with the reflection parameters it can give you nice results
- another model with design in the outer side is available here : https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/space/other/sci-fi-shapes-the-neverend
