This is a large modular pack of indoor and outdoor low-poly assets. You can use this pack to create private house, hotel, villa, quinta or even a restaurant game levels. It was designed with horror stylistic in mind, but this pack it is not limited by it. You can create sunny, nice and cheerful levels for your game also. It fits a large range of moods and atmospheres. It has some authenticity to it, but I wouldn't say it is 100% authentic. However if you've ever been in the Europe, you might find this environment quite familiar. It's is also an old house. Everything is used, and old, but it always has been taken care of. It's not abandoned or desolated. Someone lives there, at least occasionally. It has been built in 1950s or early 1960s. Some objects might be older: 1920s.

This pack is divided in 3 large parts: outdoor architectural assets (walls, roofs, trees, various terrains, etc.), indoor architectural assets (walls, stairs, ceilings, windows, doors, columns, etc.) and various props (furniture, lights, decorative objects etc.).

VR compatible. Tested on HTC VIVE. MSI GT72QE Dominator Pro notebook.

100% Unity 2017.3 compatible project file is included. Just import it to your Unity project.All geometry files in .fbx format. Please note, that: this assets is intended for use in Unity Engine only. (At least currently).

Contains custom colliders and LODs.
