This wood lowpoly warehouse model was made using real world scale and textured with nice 2k original bitmaps, to add some realistic details to the model (scratches, dirty, irregular reflections etc).

The previews are Vray images with no photoshop;

Max file was ready to render in Vray;

Nice original 2k textures files;

Building dimensions: 20m x 40m x 10m (WxLxH);

The model comes in 3 formats: fbx (flat materials), c4d (flat materials) along original max file (ready to render with vray).
