Asset is not divided into clear props: it si an infinite list of small pieces which makes life impossible to re-assign the textures to them. Also, materials are not exportable: 3DS Max flags en error on many of them when the asset is exported in obj, fbx, 3ds. In summary, I do not recommend this asset: overpriced vs. the quality of the asset itself. 5-10 USD max should be the correct price.
