Die Modele sind sehr schön. Aber was nutzt es, wenn kommerzielle Nutzung sehr fraglich ist. Bei Turbosquid ist das gleiche Model mit „Editorial Uses Only“ gekennzeichnet – also kommerzielle Nutzung ausgeschlossen. CGTrade so wie ich es verstanden habe, übernimmt keine Haftung für die Nutzungsrechte an dem 3d Modellen. Von dem Künstler fehlen jegliche Angaben, außer dem Leondi Nahmen. Wird der Käufer dann bei Abmahnung haften?
