Modern Business Park - Office Building Complex
Cinema 4D / Blender / UnrealEngine (MAY REQUIRE Cinewere By Maxon Plugin installed to correctly display some materials)
3 Buildings for the price of 1, kind of - what a bargain ! Completaly remodelled, optimized and cleaned up.
What you see is almost what you get - trees and and grass* inlcuded in native C4D Format. (Disclaimer: grass seen outside the main building complex will be slightly differnet to the one from the renders - for full grass pack visit my profile and check CGrass 2.0
Native Cinema 4D 2025.2 and Redshift 2025.3 - Trees, grass and equipment inside the builidng scatter using MoGraph - fully customizable.
Added Blender version - ready to render - No trees in that one, but there is grass. Basic setup. Might need some tweaking - im not familiar with blender scattrering tools that much. Blender 4.1
Added Unreal Engine Version - MAY REQUIRE Cinewere By Maxon Plugin installed to correctly display some materials !!! grass is in the file but not really scattered - Unreal didnt like it and it was disapearing all the time. No idea why. Unreal 5.4 - Materials has been set up. May require some tweaking, Render done in Path Tracer. Files has been split into two parts - make sure to unzip into same folder. Unreal 5.4.
OBJ Format comes without textures at the momement - some techincal difficulties exporting it. But It has all the materials applied to the right objects. When Exporting from Blender it losing a lot of textures as well. No clue why.
3ds Max Coming soon.
Office equipment only in C4D format for now. It it heavy when converted to mesh. I will include one floor from each part of the building at some point ( for other formats).Office equipment added inside but only to fill up the space - it is not accurate and it was way to heavy to get more of it, especially for OBJ and FBX format. Walls inside also just to visualy break the space - not accurate except main fundation walls.
