Description
I think that spiders get too much attention in their fear factor. Not to say that they aren’t deserving of fear, but what about giving some credit to this arachnid. The scorpion is just as intimidating if not more so. I found modeling this creature to be quite entertaining, and I experimented with a handful of different textures as you do. In the end I really found the black and red to be the most appropriate match, but what do you think? Specifics Software: Blender 2.78

The topology of the model was really smooth and the model is of high quality over all! My only slight pet peeve with the model was that when I centered it in Maya 2018 not all the legs were touching the ground plane. Aside from that it is a great model to work with!
