The SAAB SA2000 Erieye AEWAC airborne early warning and control aircraft is a military variant of the standard SAAB SA2000 regional airliner equipped with a spine mounted Erieye PS-890 side looking radar. It is used to watch over an airspace for income threats and or to control ground and air assets for military operations.
The model was built near to scale in real units and built based on drawings, photos, and other documents. This model has a moderately detailed cockpit and the following animateable features; ailerons, elevators, rudder, and wheels. These models render very well and look very realistic using good animation, lighting and rendering technique. It can be used in an animated or static position within a scene, animation or animated video, or possibly programming for a flight simulation application.
