DESCRIPTION

Superfortress is built very near to scale and has animateable flaps, ailerons, landing gear, landing gear doors, elevators, rudder, bomb bay doors, turret guns and propellers. VBM version comes with NO textures or materials!Model is updated in 2013 and is available in many formats. It can be used in an animated or static position within an animated video or possibly for programming for a flight simulation application. This model was not designed for 3d printing, these are digital files only.

The B-29 Superfortress was developed during the early 1940s and saw service near the end of World War II with the USAAF.These aircraft had ranges of 5000 NM and could carry large bomb loads. It was developed primarily to be the first strategic bomber of the US. It was designated and modified to carry the atomic bombs to Japan. This aircraft saw service into the 1950s with the USAF.
