Dutch Industrial [Aero] Space Company - Concept 01 [the aero is silent]

Why not traverse the heavens and arrive at work in style? this is my skylambo concept, based on a interrnal core drone, hyper aero dynamic outer hull shape and forward turbines built into the core of the machine. the drone part makes it hoover, the jet part makes it go forward, like a true tri- quad-phibious aero [under water balast tanks and forward motion?] hoover craft. under water, on the water, above the waters... place solar pholtaic cells on the outer hulls, create sound dampening absorbing material inside the hulls shape, use the alloted battery shapes which is plenty of [cargo] space in a circular, well balanced, ship. all motors are covered for safety, one can land with 3 from its 24 motors, one could install parachutes, 4x in the outer hull for even added safety, well balanced shape for great cargo possibilities, high speed, low resistance, electric, no polution, self charging, etc etc.
