Note 1: Dreads of this class always seem a little stumpy. You might want to scale all parts up by 105 to 110% to make it more heroic, depending on taste.Note 2: Uploaded the Shield Arm-Supported as a separate file. The file in the zipped folder is all the supported parts. Weird.

I believe it’s a war hammer 40000 space marine terminator proxy, not a mech per say

Very close. The Custodians of the Emperor of Mankind have special dreadnoughts. This is meant to proxy those golden constructs. They're big, stout lads, much like Terms, but even more so.
