There is a kinda random scaling implemented which means it is not 1:1 scaling nor 28/32mm scaling. If you want to make 1:1 it seems you can just rescale pre-supported model. You don't need make supports by your own.

You would need to do it if you wolud want to make miniatures scaling but supporting such element should be really easy.

There is also sliced version for flat printing.
