DESCRIPTION

This model was created for a second year project subject at the Delft University of Technology.

First, the ship specifications and hull were calculated according to the Bureau Veritas requirements. These were tested using MARS2000.After this, a test was run using PIAS - SARC to perform stability checks at different loading conditions using the multiple ballast tanks in the hull: departure, arrival and ballast conditions.To ensure hull strenght, a FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis was made using the program FEMAP.
