DESCRIPTION

This is Version 1 of this case design. I started on this project after a friend and I both broke our video transmitter antenna connector off of the board. This case adds support around the connector and antenna, allowing you to position the antenna or take a crash without putting stress where the connector meets the board.

You can cleary see the power LED light, easy access to the tx channel dip switches, and you can plug and unplug the camera and power connectors to the board without having to take the case off.

I will be making improvements on this case in the future. It is currently fully functional, the tx fits nices and snug inside. Stay tuned for updates. Weight printed in ABS was 11.4g both parts together.

I also highly recommend you put 5min epoxy over the pins that connects the plug to the board for added support. The solder alone is the only thing holding those pins to the board.
