DESCRIPTION

The Elven smiths of Rivendell forged the sword of Elendil on December 18, 3018 of the Third Age, and inscribed the seven stars between the crescent moon and the radiant sun in a circle of runes on its blade. The sword was forged specifically for the heir of Isildur and Elendil — Aragorn, because it was time for him to go to war on the borders of Mordor. The sword was given a new name — Anduril
