Files contain both HIGH and LOW poly sofa, additionally you can find NURBS geometry in 3dm file which you can mesh with custom parameters. Using added NURBS you can make it low poly if you want. This model looks great with fabric material. Geometry has been checked with ZEBRA analyse and everything looks good. There are no naked or manifold edges.
