DESCRIPTION

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Coming to a neighborhood near you, another hi rise. The module without an interior is for floors 1 to 9. The other one is for the top floor. Still to be modeled is the central hallway and the basement.. These modules are used at the corners. Just have to flip an/or rotate them to fit the situation. There will be 4 units per floor for a total of 40 units. Units measure 28' X 56'. Hallway will be 10' wide. In between the units are a stairwell on one side of the hallway and an elevator on the other side. Each unit has a storage room and a balcony. This model is not geographically located. The floorplan is from The Lofts here in town. It might be a remodel of a 100+ year old building. Update, 10 story apartment building is allmost complete. 17MB so far, so it will have to have a link. Update: model is complete as far as I want it to be. See high rise condo#2 for the link to the model.
