A ladder I made for a project of mine, I baked the image texture from a procedural material and it works for both Eevee and Cycles perfectly. The material is Procedural so it's easily adjustable when it comes to color, distortion, roughness, details, normal bumps. It does add to your photorealistic render/scene.
