Description
All of the assets contain 20,737 vertices combined, but each smaller shop is ~500 verts, while the apartments are ~15K (without optimization). This can be used in games/animations/etc. without paying royalties. There are .gltf 2.0 files as well as a .blend file available. The .blend file has more detail/better lighting, but the .gltf files are drag-and-drop ready for using in games.
