My official fantasy of the Ritz block and what should happen to it. Most details are explained on the Ritz tower model so i will not elaborate too much. However, I will talk about the other buildings. The Nicollet Mall face will house 4 retailers/restaurants( Taco Bell, Salon, Rainforest Cafe' %26 a unique restaurant known as TASTE MINNEAPOLIS). Most are random but Taste Minneapolis would be unique(and local of course). No matter if you are rich, middle class, poor or have no money at all you will have the time of your life here. Food ranges from $1 to $30 for a DELICIOUS SANDWICH OR MEAL, and there will be PLENTY of free amenities for kids, adults and the locals who have pride in our city. There will be other retailers on the second floor and in the tower, such as Walmart(a flagship one at that). The tower on 3rd and marq would be a Four seasons hotel and resorts. I would really love to see some local or outside developers team together to make SOMETHING similar to this happen. Otherwish I will never give up on Minneapolis.
