Possible tower near Foshay Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 My idea of the tower that was rumored to be 1000 + feet. Knowing this economy, it'll most likely be reduced to 500' and thats exactly what I did( %26 what I would personally prefer in this location. This tower is 162 meters (534 feet) and has two outdoor mini gardens for buisiness purposes, as well as an area to eat lunch without leaving the tower and a place to get fresh air while simutaneously attending conferences( also the original facade of the building is preserved. It's not in this model but will appear when viewed in google earth).
