This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Standard 4-level side split with ramps instead of stairs. Comes compete with movie theatre and motorized wheelchair (Hover-round?) interior. Master bath has a 5' turning circle. Hallways are 4' wide. Outside ramps are at rear. Ramp section can be replaced with stairs. BTW: I am working on a large subdivision with models that I find interesting. If you want one of yours in there, I will put it there.
