Small House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Here is a ramshackle bungalow house for your enjoyment. It is sort of a craftsman but not really a true craftsman. It is very cabin like. Probably the key features this home has to offer would be the picturesque front windows with their flower boxes and the porch. The only real nice things inside would be the fire place and the excesive counter space in the kitchen. One thing to note that is beyond the kitchen you get a pantry and a storage room. The other side of the house would have three small bedrooms huddled together along with 2 full bathrooms. You do get some nice closet space. This home is styled so it could be great either in town or by itself in the country as a farmhouse. But it really is up to you. Go ahead and explore it for yourself.
