The house has only three closets but really all you need right? There is also a linear kitchen. The house comes with steps but the skirting comes seperate. Tie-down is also not included in its cost. Laundry facilities are not included either. The model includes all in the package. However, the house is not furnished. That's up to you to make this house yours. You could also add a porch or a carport for the more ambitious home owner. Due to Paulwall's reasonably temprate climate, it is classified as a zone 2 for this type of modular home.
