Retro House Free 3D model

Description

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This little house almost looks like a Nuketown house if you think about it. But seriously, it is undoubtedly a 40's model. Come on in this retro bungalow. Look about. All details were carefully noted. Notice along the exterior, the vertical wooden siding. However, there is the one side wall with horizontal to make it look retro. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with dual sinks. There is a sleeping porch out back. The kitchen bears its classical appliances including an antique stove. The basement access is behind the massive stone fire place. The chimney has 2 flues, one for the fire place and one for the furnace in the basement. One last note is the windows. With the exception for the doors, the windows are divided into sections in which each individual open. Well, except the plate glass in the big living room window. This house can be a good lake house idea. I hope you enjoy this retro cottage and please rate. I have a Facebook page filled with Sketchup and architecture so if that is of interest to you, feel free to visit the link below :)
