This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 A split level such as this one was popular back in the retro era. I'd say this is late fifties through mid sixties or something like that. Like any classic retro house, there is a large picture window that signifies the front. Often times, a retro house has a carport. The planters also bring fourth the front of the house. Inside is a vaulted living room. In back is your kitchen and dining. The table may be placed in the empty kitchen space and there is a porch out back. There are a couple of bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. Downstairs (not modeled) would be where your laundry, furnace, and water heater would be. There is enough additional space for a bonus room. Although this house is fair game in a neighborhood, this could be a great vacation home as well. I hope you enjoy this mid century house and please rate :)
