Ranch House (?) Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 First in a series of model from my old archives. Finally got my 2 computers to play nice with each other. Have about 40 or so of them in the archives. This is the first one. Cleaned it up. It has 4 different exterior finishes. The master bedroom has his and hers bathrooms and closets plus a loft. There is a guest suite, a central atrium, a fireplace in the dining room, living room, office, and master bedroom. The central block is brick, the garage is clapboards, and the master bedroom wing is log. The central block is what is called a billboard house - the fancy finish is on the front, claps on the rest of the section. Lot of angles inside. Roof is a gable on the central block, gambrel on the wings. There is a hidden door in the office. This is a large house, turn off roof and 2nd floor layers to get the lay of land, so to speak.
