Project House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 A simple Sears house for someone to put an interior in. It is similar to the Verndale. The outside is done, now it is your turn to do the inside. Original 1920s floor plan. Make it modern or period, your choice. Or make one of each. The second one I might make is the Magnolia. Not sure how to do the columns on the front yet, just an idea of mine. Windows and doors are components. Use or replace.
