Parade of Homes house Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Hi! I am a virtual replica of an actual house. Even though my designer has simplified things a bit, my rooms are in the same place. Even my ceiling in my livingroom is the same as the actual house, complete with fan. I have a 3-car garage plus storage space,covered porches front and rear, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. My master bedroom has walk-thru closet to the laundry room. My designer only had to walk thru the actual house once to memorize details. My roof is a low profile hip roof.
