Old House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 These two old houses scream Welcome to the Heidelberg Project!!! whenever you pass by them! the big red house is commonly known as the Music House or the House of Soul because of all the records that have been nailed onto the exterior. Well, this one, I modeled minus the records, minus the peeling paint, minus the weeds, and minus boarded up windows. The smaller house is also another board-up but the boards were not modeled either. I'm not sure what the locals call that house but it is covered in posters with disfigured taxi's and police cars painted on them. You guessed it, I did not include that! The little home has black hoses coming out of it in all directions for whatever reason. The big red house is actually a duplex. The front unit is accessed in front, the rear unit is accesed around the side. Both apartments are two story and two bedroom.
