DESCRIPTION

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 I took an already used floor plan (Row House) and added a roof to it to make it a stand-alone house. Also added the elevator. Dormer storage are is panneled with reclaimed barn siding. Centre concrete block wall is exposed in the garage and storage area. This changes the ceiling in the Master Bedroom and Bath. Items sticking out of roof are Solar Tubes for interior daylighting. Just though that you might be intersted in this model.
