Modern house Free low-poly 3D model

A simple house model, great for prototyping or placeholder purposes. Materials and textures are named conveniently, you can easily assign one to the other if using other 3D app softwares (model's native format is .BLEND).

If you're using Blender, textures are packed and assigned, and there's also a fully baked version available (Lightmapped daytime scene.)

The asset uses simple seamless diffuse textures - modify them easily as per your needs.

Please note that foliage (grass, trees, bush) is NOT included in the package, same applies to the skybox. They are available online for free.
