DESCRIPTION

This package contains a modern house model, fully furnished with one living room, dining room, home office, 3 bedrooms, closet, and exterior area with benches and a swimming pool.

The model is available in .FBX, .OBJ, .3DS formats. Native format is .BLEND, all textures andmaterials are properly assigned for Cycles render engine. If you intend to use the other formats,you'll manually have to assign textures to materials. Naming is conventional, it's easy to assignone to the other.

Most materials come with normal maps (where applicable). Texture resolution varies.

Textured materials are UV mapped (overlapping).
