This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 15 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is another adaptation of a dollhouse model made by Laser Dollhouse Designs. Added a rear wall and relocated the stairs. otherwise the interior walls remains as in the dollhouse. Main floor has the wraparound porch, livingroom, dining and country kitchen plus the garage addition. The premis is that the garage was here first, a new house replaced the old one, with a link to the new house that has a half bath and closet. Stairs to the basement are suggested, see note in stairwell. The exterior walls are distressed to look old. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms, laundry and bath. 3rd floor has the master bedroom, study and stairs to the roof top deck. The master bedroom has a niche, loft and skylite. Windows are the same design as in the dollhouse. Front door was not clear on the website, so I made up one.
