House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Generic plan based on homeplans.com # HMAFAPW1719. Added a bonus room, used the optional kitchen and deleted the basement stairs. Minor reconfiguring inside. This is a 3 bedroom split, meaning the bedrooms are separated by the living/dining/kitchen. Dining area is between the kitchen and livingroom. Just though I would toss this your way to see what you think about it. Bonus room required a roof change on the rite side.
