It has an 1164 sq ft attic that has a common room, 2 piece washroom and bunk room plus a deck. The main floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 3 car garage, open plan living room/ dining/ kitchen. There is a flex room with storage and its own garage access. The living room has a vaulted ceiling. Master bedroom has a storage niche for luggage, stuff, etc and a vaulted ceiling. The dining area has an exterior door to the covered patio. The attic can be left unfinished for future use. There is a Widow's Walk on top of the house.
