Green House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a very basic domicile in which is so basic it has no porch nor a garage. However, that can be a good thing. This house was launched so you can do something creative with it. You can build it a porch, add a room, whatever you wish! Reason being that people were complaining that I didn't have a style they liked or they thought my stuff looked strange to them. Hopefully, this small house solves that problem for they can create their perfered style here for themselves. People can be silly and crazy at times, I swear, I'm not a mind reader. This house should be of good template for, though it is very basic, still utilizes my traditional modeling such as having a layer for the roof as well as a full interior. This includes 4 bedrooms, 1.75 baths, laundry, etc. The finishes are rather cheap but that's where your imagination comes into play. Or if you are not of the architectural mind, erase the interior and this makes for a good background house. Either way, I hope you enjoy this little house and please rate :)
