Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is one of the employees cabins at Sequoia Nat'l Park. It for the married employees. There are about 6 of these cabins. Us single people stay in small cabins in the employees housing area. This is an exact copy of the floor plan, I just changed the wall materials and roof. The cabins were built in the 1920s. They are over-built because there can be as much as 20' of snow in the winter. One of my jobs was opening the cabin in the spring and closing it in the fall. The maintainance crew stripped the interior after each season, leaving only what is in there now. Emplyees who lived there had to scrounge for any extra items they wanted. Even tho it has been 30 years since I worked there, the cabins may still be there. Main floor is the living area; there is a sleeping loft above the bath, kitchen and dining area.
