8 Story Condo Building Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This condo has 48 two bedroom apartments, 16 single apartments, an elevator and stairwell,( not modeled) and an below grade garage. It is a DIY project - the roof needs details and the apartments need finishing. The cabinets are blocked in. This buliding is 80' deep by 160' wide. A portion of the roof turns off via layers to view the 2 sample apartments, the single bedroom and the 2 bedroom units. Have fun with this one. And yes, I can do high-rises. Bob
